Bullying through vilification is a technique to enlarge one's space within a group by diminishing that of another considered to be vulnerable. It can be done with insults emphasizing the victim's incompetence, potential threat, or mal intent. A mob is created when others join the bully. When the loser has no space, another is chosen. That is what is happening here.

Each of us at the November 17 owners meeting should know exactly what it means. All saw it happen and many eagerly joined the mob.
